• Vote on your favorite snowman! Town of Gilbert Departments were asked to make snowmen for this fun and friendly competition. 

Food and Drinks

Enjoy some local eats! We will have delicious holiday themed hot coco, gourmet cookies, and other snacks on site. We also encourage guests to eat at one of the many local restaurants downtown.

Note: Each vendor determines their own payment methods. Some may accept both cash and card, while others may only take one form of payment. No ATMs are available on site. Please plan accordingly. Vendors are subject to change.

Parking

Free parking will be available in Downtown Gilbert. Be sure to arrive as close to 6:00 PM as possible as we anticipate parking lots to be very busy!

Accessibility 

This event is held at Gilbert's Water Tower Plaza and is fully accessible by strollers, wheelchairs and walkers. Leashed pets are allowed at this event, but please remember to pick up after your furry friend!

Vendor Opportunities 

The Town of Gilbert is excited to welcome vendors to be part of Gilbert's Water Tower Holiday Lighting. If you’re interested in joining this community event, please email SpecialEvents@gilbertaz.gov for details.

Vendor Requirements

For all Town events, vendors must provide a current Certificate of Insurance and a current Gilbert Business License.

Vendor Application Deadlines and General Information

• Vendor Application will open on August 30th, 2026.
• The vendor application will remain open until all spots are filled or until two weeks before the event, whichever comes first.
• Vendors will be notified whether they have been accepted for each applicable event. Once accepted, fees are due within two weeks of receiving your invoice. Your spot is not secured until payment is received. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• To ensure a good variety, we limit duplication of booth items and activities. Vendors are selected based on event needs and available space.
• Placement is at the discretion of the Special Events Team. Requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed.
• All supplies and materials (tables, chairs, canopies, etc.) must be provided by the vendor.
• Vendors featuring themed items will receive priority during the application review process.
