October water news:

The latest building to be certified Water Wise Gilbert is the Southeast Regional Library.

The Library is being recognized for their recent water efficiency upgrades, which included converting all urinals from 1 gallon per flush to 0.5 gallon per flush. Also, toilets were upgraded with a dual-flush handle.

The efficiency upgrades at the Southeast Regional Library are projected to save 336,000 gallons annually. That’s about a $1,200 savings in projected annual water and sewer costs. Read more.
