Project Description 

This project includes intersection improvements at Val Vista Drive and Mercy Road will alleviate congestion and enhance safety. The project includes narrowing the raised median islands to provide additional capacity for left turn and right turn movements. Additionally, ADA ramps and bus stops will be upgraded where needed.
