Your Dollars. Your Gilbert.
Investing in More Ways to Play.
Phases 2 and 3 of Gilbert Regional Park represent a bold investment in community wellness, recreation, and sustainability—transforming 220 additional acres into a dynamic, multi-use destination. These future phases will expand on the success of Phase 1 by delivering the most requested amenities from recent public outreach, including sports fields, a dog park, skate park, pump track, shaded event spaces, and extensive trails.
But this isn’t just about adding more features—it’s about maximizing the value of every tax dollar. The park’s design integrates green infrastructure and low-impact development to manage stormwater naturally, using it to nourish trees and habitat throughout the park. This approach not only supports environmental health but also enhances the beauty and usability of the space with shaded fitness loops and scenic pathways.
With construction of the Ocotillo Bridge expected to wrap in Summer 2026, these new phases will connect the community to even more opportunities to play, gather, and thrive—making Gilbert Regional Park a model for how thoughtful design can turn public investment into lasting public benefit.
