Understanding Project Status

Each phase below represents a key stage in a Capital Improvement Project. Hover over a tile to learn what happens during each step.

Pre-Design Tile
The pre-design phase is a crucial step in project development. Teams may focus on scoping, conceptual designs, cost estimates, and community feedback to refine objectives before entering formal design.
Design Tile
This phase involves refining concepts into detailed plans, ensuring code compliance, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and stakeholders before construction begins.
Construction Tile
This is where plans turn into reality. It includes site prep, material procurement, and physical buildout. Quality control and safety oversight are key throughout this phase.
Completion Tile
Final inspections and testing wrap up the project. Documentation is completed, warranties begin, and the new infrastructure is integrated into Town services.
