The purpose of G.A.I.N. is to heighten crime awareness, generate support and participation in local anti-crime efforts, and build community relations. A good neighbor is one of the most effective crime prevention tools ever invented. Due to the hot nature of the Arizona summer months, GAIN is celebrated throughout the month of October in Arizona.

If you plan on hosting a GAIN event please read the following:

If your neighborhood wants to close a road or request trash cans or barricades, the Town requires you to submit a Block Party Permit at least 5 days prior to the date of the event and pay a $25.00 fee. For this form Click here.

Should you have any additional questions regarding G.A.I.N., please call the Crime Prevention Unit directly at (480) 635-7471.
