Chris Woodard was born and raised in Chandler, Arizona to a family steeped in Farming and Military service. 

Chris's family has been here since Arizona was a territory! His parents instilled a strong worth ethic and set a standard of local Community service and service to our Country. Chris chose to follow his fathers career path as a soldier in the United States Army and completed a career which began as a young 17 year old enlisted infantry soldier and concluded with transitioning from Green to Gold as a cadet at Arizona State University and choosing Infantry as his branch and continuing his journey as a Ranger with the 2 Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. Upon his retirement as an Infantry Major, he returned home to Arizona and has lived in Gilbert for the past 25 years while owning Woodard Construction and being an active member of the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce and a member of our local Gilbert American Legion Post 39. His most recent role has been serving as the past Chairman for the Gilbert Veterans Committee in the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce.
