Admission

Tickets and wristbands are required for everyone who will be playing on the inflatable water slides. Access to Mesquite Pool is included in the price of H20 Fest ticket.

Session 1: 3:00 PM - 4:45 PM
Session 2: 5:15 PM - 7:00 PM

Location: Mesquite Aquatic Center | 100 W. Mesquite Street Gilbert, AZ 85233

• $7 + taxes & fees per person. Tickets go on sale April 23rd.  
• • Event registration is open to participants ages 4 and older. Children under the age of 4 are not permitted on the obstacles.
  • Children between the ages of 4 and 8 must be an accompanied by an adult them AT the inflatables.
  • Children ages 9-12 must have an adult (18+) present at the event site, for the duration of the event.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• There will be no on-site storage for personal belongings, so please plan accordingly.

Rules

• Tickets will be available for purchase on-site. Price is $7 + taxes & fees.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Event registration is open to participants ages 4 and older. Children under the age of 4 are not permitted on the inflatable slides.
• • If your child is between the age of 4 and 8 an adult must accompany them AT each activity. (Adults must be present with the child next to each activity; adults are NOT required to be ON the slide, unless they would like to be, and in that case they must register.)

  • Children ages 9-12 must have an adult (18+) present at the event site, for the duration of the event.
• No pets permitted.
• No alcohol, glass or smoking is permitted at the event site.

Parking is available at Mesquite Aquatic Center Parking lot. 100 W. Mesquite St
Gilbert, AZ 85233

Accessibility 

This event is held in the Mesquite Aquatic Center. The parking lot, locker rooms and pool are fully accessible by strollers, wheelchairs and walkers.

Vendor Opportunities 

The Town of Gilbert is excited to welcome vendors to be part of Gilbert's H2O Fest. If you’re interested in joining this community event, please email SpecialEvents@gilbertaz.gov  for details.

Vendor Requirements

For all Town events, vendors must provide a current Certificate of Insurance and a current Gilbert Business License.

Vendor Application Deadlines and General Information

• Vendor Application will open on March 4, 2027.

• The vendor application will remain open until all spots are filled or until two weeks before the event, whichever comes first.
• Vendors will be notified whether they have been accepted for each applicable event. Once accepted, fees are due within two weeks of receiving your invoice. Your spot is not secured until payment is received.
• All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• To ensure a good variety, we limit duplication of booth items and activities. Vendors are selected based on event needs and available space.
• Placement is at the discretion of the Special Events Team. Requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed.
• All supplies and materials (tables, chairs, canopies, etc.) must be provided by the vendor.
• Vendors featuring themed items will receive priority during the application review process.
