Admission

Tickets are required for everyone attending the Gilbert Days Festival and are valid for single-day entry only.

Tickets can be purchased for Saturday Night. 

• If purchased online, tickets are $5 per person ages 12 years and older. Online sales close 1 hour before the event gates open. Taxes and fees apply.
• Price will increase to $10 per person at the gate. Cash will not be accepted for on-site payment. Taxes and fees apply.
• Children 11 years and under are FREE but must have a ticket to enter. An adult general admission ticket must be purchased in order to register for a child general admission ticket.
• Tickets are single use and only valid for their designated date (please make sure you are selecting tickets for the correct date before purchase).
• Tickets do not include food or drinks. These must be purchased separately.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Admission tickets include all event activities, except for food/beverage and vendor purchases.  
• This event is rain or shine. 

Food and Drinks

From classic BBQ, burgers, and pretzels to Puerto Rican cuisine and tapas, we will have over 10 different food trucks on-site for the event. Don't forget the ice cream or kettle corn to bring home!

Alcohol will also available for purchase for attendees 21+ with valid identification.

Note: Vendors will be accepting card payments. No ATMs are available on site. Please plan accordingly.

Get ready to support your favorite small shops this holiday season! Join us for an amazing showcase of vendors offering everything from Gilbert gear and gourmet snacks to delightful crafts and children's toys. Whether you're hunting for unique gifts or tasty treats, you’ll find a fantastic variety. 

Please note that vendors are subject to change.

What to Bring

We encourage you to bring the following items:

• Seating
  • Chairs
  • Blankets
• Bug Spray 
• Water (must be factory sealed)

Leashed pets are allowed at this event, but please remember to pick up after your furry friend! 

What Not to Bring

The following items and activities are prohibited and will not be allowed at this event:

• Coolers
• Briefcases
• Luggage
• Backpacks
• Computer Bags
• Outside beverages, including alcohol, except for sealed water bottles
• Glass containers
• Outside food
• Canopies or tents
• Umbrellas (chair umbrellas are permitted)
• Wagons
• Pets, except for dogs on a leash
• Illegal substances
• Drugs or drug paraphernalia
• Frisbees
• Fireworks/explosives
• Moshing, crowd surfing, and/or stage diving
• Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors
• Unauthorized solicitations, handbills, flyers, stickers, sampling, giveaways, etc.
• Toy weapons or real weapons of any kind (including pocket knives, pepper spray, etc.)
• Professional recording equipment: photo, video, or audio (no detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms or commercial use rigs)
• Drones
• Camelbacks
• Spray paint
• Large chains or spiked jewelry

Note: All bags and strollers are subject to be searched.

Accessibility

This event is held at Gilbert Regional Park. The park is fully accessible by strollers, wheelchairs and walkers, however, the sidewalk will not be accessible inside the event area. Accommodations for entry, re-entry, and exit will be made as needed for attendees utilizing a wheelchair at this event.

Sensory Friendly Space

A sensory guide is available for this event.

Low sensory tents will be available for attendees who need to take a sensory break and to help individuals and families feel calm and supported. Both calming and stimulating items are provided to help support an individual’s sensory needs. 

*The Gilbert Special Events team will provide a sensory tent at select events to create a comfortable sensory friendly environment. Our hope is to make attending events enjoyable for the entire family.

Vendor Information

The Town of Gilbert is excited to welcome vendors to be part of the Gilbert Days Festival. If you’re interested in joining this community event, please email SpecialEvents@gilbertaz.gov  for details.

Vendor Requirements

For all Town events, vendors must provide a current Certificate of Insurance and a current Gilbert Business License.

Vendor Application Deadlines and General Information

• Vendor Application will open on August 21, 2026.

• The vendor application will remain open until all spots are filled or until two weeks before the event, whichever comes first.
• Vendors will be notified whether they have been accepted for each applicable event. Once accepted, fees are due within two weeks of receiving your invoice. Your spot is not secured until payment is received. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• To ensure a good variety, we limit duplication of booth items and activities. Vendors are selected based on event needs and available space.
• Placement is at the discretion of the Special Events Team. Requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed.
• All supplies and materials (tables, chairs, canopies, etc.) must be provided by the vendor.
• Vendors featuring themed items will receive priority during the application review process.

  • This is for any vendor that wants to sell non-consumable goods.

  • Fee $275
  • Booth Size 10’ x 10’
  • This is for any vendor that sells food, snacks, or beverages that are pre-packaged/prepared, or made on-site.

3. Select the opportunity you would like to volunteer at and click the Sign Up Action button.

We will provide you with a detailed orientation session prior to the event to ensure you are fully equipped to carry out your assigned tasks.
