Vendor Opportunities 

The Town of Gilbert is excited to welcome vendors to be part of the Gilbert Concerts in the Park Series. If you’re interested in joining this community event, please email SpecialEvents@gilbertaz.gov  for details.

Vendor Requirements

For all Town events, vendors must provide a current Certificate of Insurance and a current Gilbert Business License.

Vendor Application Deadlines and General Information

• Vendor Application will open on July 9, 2026.

• The vendor application will remain open until all spots are filled or until two weeks before the event, whichever comes first.
• Vendors will be notified whether they have been accepted for each applicable event. Once accepted, fees are due within two weeks of receiving your invoice. Your spot is not secured until payment is received.
• All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• To ensure a good variety, we limit duplication of booth items and activities. Vendors are selected based on event needs and available space.
• Placement is at the discretion of the Special Events Team. Requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed.
• All supplies and materials (tables, chairs, canopies, etc.) must be provided by the vendor.
• Vendors featuring themed items will receive priority during the application review process.

Vendors Booth Opportunities

• Retail Vendor
  • Fee $50
  • Booth Size 10’ x 10’
  • This is for any vendor that wants to sell non-consumable goods.
    
    
• Food/Beverage Vendor
  • Fee $75
  • Booth Size 10’ x 10’
  • This is for any vendor that sells food, snacks, or beverages that are pre-packaged/prepared, or made on-site.

2. Click on the opportunities tab at the top banner and search by calendar or list view.
3. Select the opportunity you would like to volunteer at and click the Sign Up Action button.

We will provide you with a detailed orientation session prior to the event to ensure you are fully equipped to carry out your assigned tasks.
