Special Event Vendor Information

The Town of Gilbert hosts many events throughout the year. If you would like to be considered as a vendor for future events, please complete the form below. Please submit the completed for and send to our Special Events team for future consideration. You will be contacted by them at a later date if more information is needed or if there may be an opportunity to vend your items at a future event.  If you are interested in becoming a vendor at one the Gilberts Special Events, please check each event webpage for the vendor application associated with that event.

Vendor in the Park Information

If you are interested in being a vendor or conducting business in any of Gilberts Parks, you must have an agreement with one of a group that has a current reservation within the park.  The group holding the reservation will need to make arrangements with the Town of Gilbert Parks and Recreation Department to obtain a vendor in the park permit.  The vendor will also be required to have a current business license before a permit will be issued.
