Special Event Vendor Information

The Town of Gilbert hosts a variety of events throughout the year. If you are interested in being considered as a vendor for future events, please complete the Vendor Interest Form.

If selected, a member of our Special Events team will reach out with additional details and next steps.

We only accept food and retail vendors. Businesses promoting services or other aspects of their organization may still participate in our events through sponsorship opportunities. For more information on becoming a sponsor, please visit the Special Events and Permits page. Sponsorhip information is located in the "Get Involved" section under the Calendar of Events.

Vendor in the Park Information

If you are interested in being a vendor or conducting business in any of Gilbert’s parks, you must have an agreement with a group that holds a current park reservation. The group with the reservation is responsible for coordinating with the Town of Gilbert Parks and Recreation Department to obtain a Vendor in the Park Permit. In addition, all vendors must have a current Town of Gilbert business license before a permit can be issued.

If you plan on conducting business at any of Events held in Gilbert, it is required that you obtain a Gilbert Business License or a Transient Merchant License
