Here are a few of our popular group exercise classes currently being enjoyed by our members and day pass guests: Core Strength, Cycling, Muscle Conditioning, Pilates, Senior Classes (We accept Healthways Silver Sneakers and Silber & Fit), Toning Rhythms, Yoga and Zumba.

Memorial Day - Monday, May 29 there will be no group exercise classes.
Center will be open from 10am to 5pm 

  • Thurs, May 25: Tone & Stretch will be Yoga at 9:45am. Sub: Deanna 
  • Tues, May 30: Tabata at 5pm. Sub: Jackie
  • Fri, Jun 9: Zumba at 6pm. Sub: Michelle
  • Sat, Jun 10: Muscle Conditioning at 7:30am. Sub: Liza
  • Tues, Jun 13: Step & Tone at 5pm. Sub: Liza
  • Thurs, Jun 15: Step & Tone at 4pm. Sub: Liza
  • Tues, Jun 27: Pilates at 9:45am. Sub: Lynda
  • Fri, Jun 30: Pilates at 8:30am. No Class

Here are a few of our popular fitness activities and amenities currently being enjoyed by our members and day pass guests: Rock Wall, Indoor Track, Racquetball Courts, Personal Training, Gymnasium (Basketball, Volleyball, Pickleball), Locker Rooms, Steam Room and Sauna, Indoor Cycling Studio, 2 Fitness Centers, Child Watch Center (Kiddy Korner), Lobby Games.
