Page Park Center-Renovation
Beginning July 17, 2017 renovations will begin on Page Park Center. The building was built in as Gilbert’s first library in 1964 and is located between the Gilbert Community Center and Boys and Girls Club. The project is fully funded through block grant funds. The renovations will include facility updates to meet current energy, electrical, plumbing and accessibility codes, with the majority of the work being done on the interior of the building. It is anticipated that the improvements will be completed by March 2018. Use of the renovated facility will focus on working collaboratively with non-profit providers to offer a centralized resource for information and services that meet identified needs of the community.
