Register as a Vendor with the Town of Gilbert
Effective June 2019, the Town of Gilbert maintains a Vendor List used to obtain quotes for purchases under $100,000. This list is used as part of our informal bid procedure and aids the Town in obtaining quotes from interested parties by business category. On the "Register as a Vendor for Non-CIP / Non-Engineering" button, you can register as a vendor (or update your current account). In either situation, make sure to select Commodity Code(s) which align to your type of business. Gilbert will utilize the Commodity Codes to pull a list of interested vendors for purchases under $100,000.
For non-CIP purchases (>$100,000) we seek qualified bidders in the following way:
The Town utilizes PublicPurchase.com to send an email to vendors/contractors registered under specific NIGP code(s) to alert them that a bid/proposal has been posted to the Town of Gilbert website at http://www.gilbertaz.gov/rfp
