13-year-old Boy Arrested Following Dangerous Joyride in Gilbert and Mesa
The driver was confirmed to be 13 years old and admitted to knowingly taking his mother’s Chevrolet Tahoe without permission to go on a drive. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
