Meet Mase and Logan. Mase is a firefighter with Gilbert Fire and Rescue and Logan is a 12-year-old boy who loves Star Wars and Iron Man. While the two differ in age, they share a special bond because of one similar life experience. Watch to find out how acts of kindness changed both of their lives.

Help us spread #GilbertKindness!

The Town of Gilbert is celebrating kindness with the launch of a new community-wide campaign, Gilbert Kindness. This new initiative is focused on celebrating all of the thoughtful things citizens are already doing for each other while also encouraging the community to go out and do something kind for a friend, family member, neighbor, coworker, or even someone they have never met before.

To officially kick off this initiative, Mayor Jenn Daniels has declared May 8-14, “Gilbert Kindness Week”.

“Gilbert is already a compassionate and giving community and this campaign is focused on celebrating all of the amazing acts of kindness, big and small, that our residents do for each other on a daily basis,” said Gilbert Mayor Jenn Daniels. “It’s our hope that this initiative will encourage others to do something kind for someone, making Gilbert an even better and kinder place.”
