Due to the current circumstances and the closing of our Municipal Buildings, most of our employees will be working remotely and will have minimal access to our physical records. Therefore, our normal processing times for public record requests may be longer than expected. However, we will continue to work diligently on fulfilling your records request as timely as possible.
Records are considered public records, unless protected by law, and may be viewed and/or reproduced as permitted by law. There is no charge to view records.
The Clerk's Office preserves legal documents and is the source of information on Council legislative actions (Ordinances, Resolutions and Minutes). Certain public records are available on the website. For assistance, please contact 480-503-6871.
