On June 21, 2018 the Gilbert Town Council passed Resolution 3981 authorizing a special bond election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018. This ballot may also include a run-off for candidates for Town Council. Additional information will be provided at a later date.

Note: Pro/con arguments for the publicity pamphlet are due no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 6, 2018. These arguments must be submitted at the following location:

Gilbert Town Clerk's Office, 50 East Civic Center Drive, Gilbert, Arizona 85296

Arguments cannot exceed 300 words in length and must contain a sworn statement with original signature(s) of each person sponsoring the argument. The address and phone number for each signer must be included in the argument but will not be printed in the publicity pamphlet.

A payment of $200.00 per argument is required to offset a portion of the cost of paper and printing the pamphlet.
