Gilbert, Ariz.- The Town of Gilbert has prepared its draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for program year 2025, covering the period from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. This report summarizes how federal funds were used in the community, including Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), to address housing and community development needs.

The report details the projects and activities completed during the program year, the number of households and individuals served, fund allocations, and progress made toward the goals outlined in the Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan.

Your feedback helps ensure these programs continue to meet the real needs of our community. We invite residents, community organizations, and other stakeholders to review the draft report and share comments now through September 15, 2026, by emailing linda.ayres@gilbertaz.gov or calling (480) 503-6956.
