The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers of the following closures scheduled for work on the Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) widening project:

• Lindsay Road will be closed in both directions at Loop 202 during the following times:
  • 10 p.m. Friday, May 15, to 5 a.m. Monday, May 18
  • Nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning Monday, May 18, and ending Friday morning, May 22.
  • DETOUR: Drivers may use Pecos or Germann roads to navigate around the closure.

• The eastbound Loop 202 on-ramp at Arizona Avenue will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday May 15, to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 16.
  • Eastbound Loop 202 also will be narrowed to two lanes in the area.
  • DETOUR: Drivers may consider using the eastbound Loop 202 on-ramps at Alma School or McQueen roads.

Please help us promote highway safety. Speed limits are reduced to 55 mph in work zones for the safety of drivers and workers. Slow down, stay alert and be prepared to merge with caution when approaching and traveling through all work zones.
