Gilbert, Ariz.- As temperatures rise across the Valley, some of our neighbors don't have a safe place to escape the dangerous heat. The Heat Relief Network is here to change that.

From May 26 through September 25, local respite sites across Gilbert open their doors Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., providing a cool, welcoming place to rest, recharge, and enjoy a warm meal.

A picture of a man with supplies in a basket on a desk and shelves. Many visitors arrive without even the most basic sun-safety essentials. A bottle of sunscreen, reusable water bottle, electrolytes, wide-brim hat, or cooling towel can mean the difference between comfort and crisis in Arizona’s extreme summer temperatures.

If you’d like to support, urgently needed supplies can be purchased through the Town of Gilbert’s Amazon Wishlist and shipped directly to the Town for distribution to local heat relief sites. Every donated item goes straight into the hands of neighbors seeking safety and relief from the extreme summer heat.

Together, we can bring comfort, dignity, and hope to those who need it most this summer. Thank you for helping us care for our community.
