Gilbert, Ariz. – The free public parking options in Gilbert’s Downtown Heritage District have recently been updated.

With more than 30 restaurants, Gilbert’s Heritage District is one of Arizona’s premier dining destinations. A variety of free public parking options make it convenient for visitors to enjoy all that the area has to offer.

What’s New?

A new 250-stall free public parking lot is now available on Vaughn Avenue just west of Ash Street.

The parking lot on the southwest corner of Gilbert Road and Juniper Avenue has been sold to a private entity for the construction of Heritage Park, a mixed-use development that is scheduled to start construction later this year. The property is no longer available for public parking.
