Gilbert will refund all fees and deposits associated with town-run special events and reservations that have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak. To request a refund, email recreation@gilbertaz.gov or call (480) 503-6200 during regular business hours (Monday – Thursday, 7 AM – 6 PM). Please be patient as our staff works to process all refund requests. Refunds may take up to seven days.
