Gilbert Kindness Week Kicks Off Monday, April 22

Gilbert Kindness WeekGilbert, Ariz. – Gilbert, Arizona is celebrating Gilbert Kindness Week Monday, April 22nd through Sunday, April 28th. Good Morning Arizona will be doing their show live in the Heritage District on Monday, April 22nd from 8 until 10 AM to kick-off the celebrations. Stories of kindness will be shared throughout the week on Gilbert’s social media channels and residents and businesses are encouraged to help spread Gilbert Kindness in their own way as well. It’s truly a community-wide effort.

Other Gilbert Kindness events happening throughout the week include:

  • Tuesday, April 23rd:
    • Ben’s Bells Kindness Project at Bergies Coffee Roast House – Stop by Bergies Coffee Roast House on Tuesday, April 23rd from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM to paint in the garden for a great cause. 
  • Thursday, April 25th
    • #GilbertKindness Concert in Downtown Gilbert - Gilbert’s free Spring Concert Series continues and we're celebrating #GilbertKindness Week! Come out to the Water Tower Plaza in the Heritage District on Thursday, April 25th at 6:30 PM as we welcome the Jim Bachmann Band.
  • Saturday, April 27th: 
    • April Pool's Day – Join us for the 15th Annual April Pool’s Day at 11 AM at Mesquite Aquatic Center. Hosted by Gilbert’s Fire & Rescue and Parks & Recreation Departments. The free event focuses on water safety and drowning prevention and also includes swim lessons, games, snow cones and plenty of KINDness!
    • Made with Love Market – Made with Love Market is closing out the season with a special Gilbert Kindness theme! Stop by the market from 7-11 AM along the canal in Downtown Gilbert to join them in celebrating Gilbert Kindness Week.
