Post Date:02/05/2019 12:15 PM

Gilbert Kindness - Social SquareGilbert, Ariz. – Gilbert, Arizona has a new nickname “Kindness USA” after the Gilbert Town Council adopted a resolution to add it as the first step of a bigger plan to promote kindness during Gilbert Kindness Week from April 22 through April 28, 2019.

“Gilbert is a community that stands for kindness and we want to share that with the world,” said Gilbert Mayor Jenn Daniels.

If you want to share a story or some kind words, in addition to normal mail service, the United States Postal Service will be working with the Town to deliver all mail sent to Kindness USA to Gilbert. You simply need to address your mail to: Kindness USA, 50 E. Civic Center Drive, Kindness, AZ 85296.

Gilbert is partnering with local digital marketing firm Clearly Relevant to plan Gilbert Kindness Week. The team is also working on putting Kindness USA on the map – Google Maps, that is.  More information about this initiative will be released soon.

Gilbert also recently highlighted kindness in its latest Digital State of the Town.
