Sonoqui Wash Green Up Clean Up

Thanks to our partners from the Boy Scouts of America and MGC Contracting, Gilbert's Environmental Compliance Team will be performing a cleanup of the Sonoqui Wash on February 29, 2020. 

The Sonoqui wash is the primary discharge point of Gilbert's storm sewer system. Litter and debris collect in this wash and have the potential to flow to other major water ways and impact water quality throughout the state.

Volunteers will meet at Gilbert Fire Station 9 at 3355 E Ocotillo Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85298 at 7:30 AM. The cleanup will take place through the wash from Higley to Power Roads. Due to the nature of this event, it is open to volunteers 12 years or older only. If you would like to join this project please register here:
