International Pilates Day – Special Class

Join us for International Pilates Day at Freestone Recreation Center! Celebrate strength, balance, and movement with a special Pilates session led by Marie. Whether you’re a regular in class or trying Pilates for the first time, this is the perfect chance to stretch, flow, and have fun.
 
This event is free for members and open to participants ages 14 and up. Come experience an energizing workout and enjoy a community celebration of wellness!
