2026 Utility Rate Open House

  • Date: 02/12/2026 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM  
  • Location: Gilbert Town Hall
    50 E Civic Center Drive
    Gilbert, Arizona 85296
  • Introduction: During these events, you’ll have an opportunity to have two-way dialogue with council members and Town staff. Experts from Water, Solid Waste & Recycling, Water Conservation, Utility Billing, and Budget and Finance will also be available to answer your questions before Council votes on February 17.

The Town of Gilbert is hosting two open house events to provide residents with information on the proposed 2026 water and solid waste & recycling rates increases that are currently being assessed by the Town Council and Public Works staff. 

During these events, you’ll have an opportunity to have two-way dialogue with council members and Town staff. Experts from Water, Solid Waste & Recycling, Water Conservation, Utility Billing, and Budget and Finance will also be available to answer your questions before Council votes on February 17, 2026. 

Open House Details: 

  • Monday, February 2, 2026 — 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM 

  • Thursday, February 12, 2026 — 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM 

  • Location: Gilbert Town Hall – 50 E. Civic Center Drive, Gilbert, AZ 85296
