Our mission is to Anticipate. Create. Help People. We're working to become the City of the Future and keep the thriving community that Gilbert is today well into the future. We are proud of our culture, which reflects our shared values, beliefs and practices.  It's our behavioral compass, and who we aspire to be.

The department is proud to be be CAPRA accredited and several facilities and parks have earned the Certified Autism Center designation from the IBCCES. All services are provided by a dedicated team focused on fairness, trust, inclusion and innovation with a commitment to excellence.
