Gilbert Utility Listening Session: Santan Vista Water Treatment Plant
Date: Wednesday, December 3 | Time: 10:00 AM–1:00 PM
The Town of Gilbert is hosting a series of Utility Listening Sessions to hear directly from residents about their water and utility experiences.
These sessions will provide residents the opportunity to engage in two-way communication with council members and Town staff, allowing them to share community concerns and receive personalized support.
Onsite customer service will also assist residents by reviewing their utility dashboards and account details in the new billing portal and provide additional resources.
During this Santan Vista Water Treatment Plant session, residents are also invited to join a facility tour to learn more about Gilbert’s water treatment process and operations. For those joining the tour, closed-toed shoes are required for safety. If you’re unable to walk up stairs, our team will provide a modified tour experience.
Walk-ins are welcome, but registration is encouraged to help ensure we have enough staff available to assist with questions and account support.
