Gilbert has five primary local bus routes through the Town.
Valley Metro LINK brochure LINK Service to Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert connecting to Light Rail.

Runs along Arizona Avenue between Baseline and Guadalupe roads.
Destinations: Downtown Chandler, downtown Mesa.
Route 136 - Gilbert Rd: Fares and Schedules
Runs along Gilbert Road between Chandler-Gilbert Community College (to the south in Chandler) and Boeing (in northeast Mesa).
Destinations: Crossroads Towne Center, Chandler-Gilbert Community College, Gilbert Municipal Center, Heritage District, Gilbert Park-and-Ride.
Route 156 - Chandler Blvd/Williams Field Rd: Fares and Schedules
Runs along Williams Field Road/Chandler Boulevard between Desert Foothill Parkway (in Phoenix) and ASU Polytechnic (in Mesa).
Destinations: Arizona State University Polytechnic campus,SanTan Village mall, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, downtown Chandler, Chandler Fashion Center, Intel Corp.
Route 184 - Power Rd: Fares and Schedules
Runs along Power Road between ASU Polytechnic (in Gilbert) and Mesa Community College at Red Mountain (in Mesa).
Destinations: Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, Superstition Springs Center, Banner Baywood Medical Center, Mesa Community College-Red Mountain Campus.
Express Bus Service
Route 531- Mesa/Gilbert: Fares and Schedules
Begins at a Park-and-Ride lot at Page Avenue and Gilbert Road. There are eight morning trips and seven evening trips to downtown Phoenix.
Destinations: West Mesa Park-and-Ride, Central Avenue and Van Buren Street, 17th Avenue and Jefferson Street
Dial-a-Ride Service & Ride Choice Program

The East Valley Dial-a-Ride provides a door-to-door, shared-ride public transportation service for persons with a disability (ADA certified), from 7 a.m.-7 p.m., 7 days a week. ADA trips are operated from 4 a.m.-midnight 7 days a week. ADA fares are $2.50 per person, per trip, and non-ADA fares are based on the number of zones traveled.
Coupons for Cabs: Individuals with disabilities and senior citizens may request coupon booklets at a nominal co-pay of $2.50 for one book, valued at $10. Any person who believes she or he has been denied transit services because of any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with the Valley Metro Customer Service Care center or with the Town of Gilbert.
