Effective Tuesday, February 19th the Utility Billing Department has relocated to Municipal Building II located at 90 E. Civic Center Drive. The hours of operation will remain the same, Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The drop box will continue to be serviced at its current location at 7:00 a.m. each day. The Utilities Department is responsible for implementing water, sewer, and refuse services to the citizens of Gilbert and for the
billing, collection and payments of the utility accounts. The office is closed on Fridays, weekends and holidays. When the office is closed, you may contact the Police Department for water or sewer emergencies at 480-503-6500.
