Instructions

1. ENTER the text you want to search for in the SEARCH BOX located in the upper left hand of the screen; for an exact match, enter "term".
2. NARROW THE SEARCH by entering a range of meeting dates in FROM DATE and TO DATE (optional).
3. Click SEARCH to show the results. This search returns all Council and Board/Commission minutes that contain the desired text.
4. LEFT CLICK to open the minutes you wish to review.
5. ENTER the SEARCH TEXT in the search box within the Adobe pdf file to highlight the search text.
