Design Review Board

The Design Review Board, consisting of seven members and one alternate, was created to evaluate the design of proposed developments to promote projects that are attractive, functional, in harmony with their surroundings, safe and consistent with adopted design guidelines and community goals.

  2. DR12-05 - Approval of site plan, grading and drainage, elevations, landscaping and lighting for Fry's Marketplace In-line Retail Shops, 1.1 acres located at the southwest corner of Higley and Chandler Heights Roads in SC- Shopping Center PAD district. Al Ward 503-6748  
       
  3. DR12-06 - Banner Gateway Medical Campus (BGMC) Phase II Expansion - Site plan, landscape plan, grading and drainage, elevations, floor plans, lighting, signage, colors and materials for the Banner MD Anderson Bed Tower, Parking Garage, Pedestrian Bridge, and D&T Facility/Central Plant expansion and preliminary site plan review of the overall Banner Gateway Medical Campus, located at the northwest corner of Higley Road and Banner Gateway Drive, zoned Regional Commercial (RC).
