To report a missed solid waste or bulk trash pick-up, please call (480) 503-6400.
To order an additional black container please phone (480) 503-6400.
To report a water quality issue, please call (480) 503-6400 during regular office hours and (480) 503-6500 (Police non-emergency) during off hours.
To report a burst water main, water hydrant leak or large amount of water in the street, please phone 480-503-6400 durning normal business hours or Police non-emergency 480-503-6500 after hours.
Pool draining without a permit is allowed in the Town of Gilbert, however there are some guidelines to follow.
If you have a “traffic signal” service concern between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday, please contact our customer service representatives at (480) 503-6400. If the concern is after 6:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday, weekends, or on a holiday, contact the Police Department at (480) 503-6500.
