BULK TRASH SAFETY TIP: Gilbert collects bulk trash once a month at our homes. It is important for all of our safety that we closely follow the guidelines for where to place the trash for pick up: All items should be placed away from electrical and other utility boxes. The same is true of keeping a distance from landscaping, mail boxes and other home possessions that could be hidden by the bulk collection.
Place your items on your property, near your sidewalk or curb. We appreciate your help in allowing us to provide a quality service. And remember, many items - like the bicycles pictured above, can be recycled at local thrift shops or in our community.

New recyclable: Thank you for recycling, an effort that helps protect our environment and keep our community clean. This month, we began recycling one more item in our blue bins. We now can accept waxed cartons such as milk cartons and frozen food cartons. Please remember that these should be clean adn empty.
Want to know what else you can recycle: See our list.
