Called 911 for the First Time

This past Saturday I had to call 911 for the first time. A very frightening experience was made bearable thanks to the professionalism and kindness to both the responding officers and the 911 operator. Unfortunately, I did not gather their names, but I cannot thank them enough for ensuring my safety. I was so distressed I was shaking and felt like I could barely form a sentence but the operator stayed on the phone talking with me the whole time. By the time the officers arrived I was calm and that was thanks to the operator. While I hope to never have to use their services again, I feel safe knowing these three individuals are protecting our community. "Thank You" doesn't seem like enough.
