Our mission is to serve as law enforcement leaders in protecting and assisting all people in our community through effective problem solving, professional service, and the relentless pursuit of those who victimize our citizens and compromise public safety."
The Gilbert Police Department is a full-service agency which is staffed by some of the most dedicated law enforcement professionals in the world. We strive every day to make this community a safe haven to conduct business and for the families who live and visit here. We enjoy a reputation as a highly progressive Department on a par with the best in the nation. Our officers and employees are committed to service through excellence while adhering to our core values of Courage, Honor, Integrity and Professionalism.
I appreciate the opportunity to serve the Town as Chief of Police. This Department, however, belongs to the community and this basic philosophy drives everything we do.
