Police Officer Recruitment Information

Department Offers Recruitment Incentive


In addition to the recruitment incentive, the Gilbert Police Department is offering a bonus of $1500 to new officers, to be paid upon completion of the Field Training program. This bonus applies to both recruit and lateral applicants who apply after June 26, 2001 and who are hired and successfully complete the Field Training program.
