Friends of the Southeast Regional and Perry Branch Libraries operate the nonprofit store, Friends Place. We are located in the lobby of the Southeast Regional Library at 775 N Greenfield Rd. We sell community donated books, media and discards form the libraries. Since opening in 1999 we have become a major source of revenue to provide items and programs needed by our libraries but beyond the Gilbert and Maricopa County budgets. Stop by our all volunteer store Monday through Saturday from 10:00 to 4:00. If you’d like to volunteer contact Donna Petersen at (480) 539-5128.
