Reporting a Liability Claim
If you believe you have suffered a loss whether it is a personal injury or damage to equipment, as a result of the Town of Gilbert's operations, you may contact us and make a claim for compensation of your damages. A Town of Gilbert representative or a representative from an insurance company will investigate your claim, make a determination regarding liability and contact you regarding the outcome.

If you reach voice mail, please leave your home and work phone numbers, your name and address, a brief description of the problem and a preferred time to call you back. This information will help expediate your claim request. In most cases, you will be called by the next business day to confirm that your claim information has been received.
