  • Gilbert Lowers Debt Service Payments by Over $2.3 Million

    Gilbert, Arizona, through the efforts of staff and swift action by the Council, has lowered its debt service payments through the final maturity on July 1, 2021 by over $2.3 million, net of all costs of issuance.

    The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality has issued a High Pollution Advisory for PM-2.5 (smoke/fine particulate matter pollution) effective Wednesday, December 24th and Thursday, December 25th.
