Business Licensing
Every commercial and home-based businesses located in Gilbert is required to have a business license. Here are the steps to apply:
- Download the license application in the Applications section.
- Download necessary supplements as per the license application.
- ALL businesses occupying a commercial building or suite need to have a certificate of occupancy. If a building permit is required, your certificate of occupancy will be issued after final inspection. If no building permit is required, you can complete a Certificate of Occupancy Application.
