Gilbert apologizes for the delays in bulk trash service. At this time you may experience a 5-7 day delay in servicing your neighborhood for bulk trash. Please be assured we are working hard to increase service with temporary staff, overtime and borrowed equipment from a neighboring city. A realignment of service areas within the next few months will help to resolve the problem. Please call back if your area has not been serviced within one week after your regular scheduled service week. Thank you for your patience.
