The month of November is characterized by seasonally mild temperatures, with daily highs in the mid throughout the month.
Of course show your support and wear your favorite parade attire but please remember to wear comfortable shoes.
Although the parade is scheduled to begin at 8:30am, brave parade folks begin lining up along Gilbert Road beginning 7am. This year the Gilbert 1/2 Marathon will be running along Gilbert Road, so come early and cheer them on! Keep in mind that there will be multiple road closures and restrictions around Gilbert on November 21st, so plan accordingly.
Gilbert Road (between Warner and Guadalupe) must be clear of all vehicles at 7am.

Gilbert Park and Ride-Under the Gilbert Water Tower
Gilbert Parking structure- Vaughn and Gilbert Roads
Gilbert Public Schools parking lots- Gilbert and Elliot Roads (Elliot Road entrance only)
Suggested parking if arriving after 7am:
Boys and Girls Club- Oak and Elliot Roads
Guadlaupe/Gilbert road business parking lots.
The Town of Gilbert does not permit "open alcohol container" on sidewalks and streets. This is a safety measure to protect the citizens in our community. There will be restaurants and bars that are open along the parade route for purchasing beverages, please keep those beverages in the establishments where they were purchased.
Area businesses reserve their restrooms for patrons. The Town of Gilbert has arranged for portable restrooms in the following locations:
Big Lots parking lot- Gilbert and Guadalupe
Burger King parking lot- Gilbert and Juniper
Parking lot-Gilbert and Cullumber-SE Corner
Chamber parking lot- Gilbert and Bruce
Parking lot-Gilbert and Elliot- SE Corner
There is also a public bathroom located at the Gilbert Park and Ride-Ash and Page Roads
