Register as a Vendor with the Town of Gilbert
Effective March 19, 2014, the Town of Gilbert maintains a Vendor List used to obtain quotes for purchases under $50,000. This list is used as part of our informal bid procedure and aids the Town in obtaining quotes from interested parties by business category.
For non-CIP purchases (>$50,000) we seek qualified bidders in the following way:
The Town utilizes ProcureAZ.gov to send an email to vendors/contractors registered under specific NIGP code(s) to alert them that a bid/proposal has been posted to the Town of Gilbert website at http://www.gilbertaz.gov/rfp
