Vendor List Instructions
The Town of Gilbert uses the State of Arizona’s statewide ProcureAZ system for Supplier registration. Suppliers wishing to receive notification of future Gilbert procurement opportunities must register with ProcureAZ.
Registration is simple and easy. Once at the site, simply click on the “Register” link. Registration should only take a few minutes. There is no cost to register.
If you have already registered with ProcureAZ as a State of Arizona supplier, there is no need to take any further action UNLESS you wish to add products or services to your State of Arizona registration that are unique to Gilbert.

The Town of Gilbert maintains a Separate Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) vendor list. This list is used when Request for Qualifications (RFQ's), Request for Proposals (RFP's) and/or Request for Bids are issued for CIP projects.
