Parks, Recreation, and Library Services Advisory Board

The Parks, Recreation and Library Services Advisory Board strives to ensure that citizens of every segment of the Town have opportunities to enjoy broad, satisfying leisure experiences. The Board's recommendations may encompass programming of public improvements and land acquisitions, capital projects programs, and programs and regulations relating to park and recreation areas. Members must reside within the Gilbert Planning Area.

Meeting Schedule

This board meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month.

Location: Town of Gilbert Municipal Center II, Conference Room 100, 90 E Civic Center Drive

Time: 6:00pm

Agendas and notices are posted at least 24 hours prior to a meeting or event. Agendas are removed from the website after the meeting.

Draft minutes are posted to the website within three working days of a meeting. The draft minutes contain all legal action taken.

The Town of Gilbert endeavors to make all public meetings accessible to persons with disabilities.
