The Mission of the Gilbert Arts and Culture Board is to:

  • Promote and support all artistic and cultural experiences that engage the community, enriching the quality of daily life for residents.
  • Celebrate Gilbert's culturally diverse community by partnering with residents to display our vibrant character, establishing a sense of place that is truly authentic.
  • Integrate arts and culture into the fabric of Gilbert's future to encourage cultural opportunities.
  • Create new and exciting cultural initiatives that encourage economic growth.

Meeting Schedule

The Arts and Culture Board meets the 4th Wednesday of each month.

Location: Municipal Building II, Conference Room 100, 90 E. Civic Center Drive

Time: 5:30pm - 7:30pm

Open Meeting Law

Agendas and notices are posted at least 24 hours prior to a meeting or event. Agendas are removed from the website after the meeting.

Draft minutes are posted to the website within three working days of a meeting. The draft minutes contain all legal action taken.

The Town of Gilbert endeavors to make all public meetings accessible to persons with disabilities.
